  • It is inevitable that a carpet that has been bought and used before will be different in color and touch between the two carpets.
  • It is natural that the color tones are different due to the lot difference in the yarn in the same quality and pattern. This cannot be a reason for a return.
  • Since direct sunlight will damage the carpet, the carpet should not be left in such an environment for a long time.
