  • Order formation

    Order formation

    Customer orders are systematized and classified by product type. Required raw material volumes are determined. After confirmation, yarn production is initiated.

    Only tested and high-quality raw materials are used in production. Materials are delivered and inspected in laboratories. Approved raw materials are released for use.

  • Polypropylene yarn production

    A high-quality grade of polypropylene granules is selected. Color is formed using precision scales. After setup, the production line is launched.

  • Yarn winding and quality control

    Finished yarn is wound at specified speed and format. Each batch undergoes additional inspection. After control, yarn is sent to weaving machines.
